How does the free trial work?
Every feature is unlocked for one month when you sign up. We do not ask for card details and nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends your account is not upgraded automatically — continuing is entirely your decision.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in; cancel with one click from the subscription section of your profile. You keep access until the end of the current period, after which the account returns to the free plan and your data is retained.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan covers exchange connections, portfolio tracking and live market data, plus one price alert. Unlimited alerts, the arbitrage scanner and advanced reports unlock on paid plans, turning the tracker into a full multi-exchange dashboard.
Is my payment information secure?
Card details are never stored on Coinpect servers; payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. Exchange connections use read-only API keys, so the app never requests trading or withdrawal permissions.
